01 SEP: BAGDOGRA AIRPORT ARRIVAL – GANGTOK

02 SEP: GANGTOK – ZULUK (SILK ROUTE)
Today proceed to Zuluk. The village is barely 10 km away from Zuluk and is a hotspot in the silk route tour package. After breakfast visit Nathang Valley, Kupup Lake, Zig-zag View Point, Old Baba Mandir. stay at Zuluk. Nathang Valley is right on the opposite road that leads to Old Baba Mandir. The place offers the most scenic backdrop to picture-postcard views. While Old Baba Mandir houses the first bunker, dresses, and bed of Baba Harbhajan Singh. Kupup Village has the Yak Golf Course as well as the elephant-shaped lake known as the Kupup Lake. The Zig Zag Road has a dozen bends and curves spanning a good 14 km leading to the separation point of the Thambi View Point. The place offers stunning views including that of Mount Kanchenjunga. The place is located at an elevation of 11,200 ft and is bestowed with pristine beauty that is untampered. The Thambi View Point is an added attraction for the mesmerizing views of the hills and the allied peaks. Ones that glisten while the rays of the sun serenade the snow-clad peaks making it a sight to behold. There are 32 hairpin bends across the road that leads to Lungthung. 03 SEP: ZULUK – ARITAR
Morning proceeds to Aritar. Enroute visit Lampokhari Lake, Mankhim Viewpoint. Overnight stay Aritar Visit Aritar Gumpha commonly known as the “Ari Gumpa” that offers panoramic views of the Himalayas with winding roads that lead up to the place. The lush green mountains and the dense vegetation envelop the area. Ari Gumpa is one of the oldest monasteries of Sikkim and is located on way to the Mankhim Top. The monastery delves deep into the ancient manuscripts, artifacts, and intricately crafted and painted murals belonging to the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Visit the Aritar Lake also referred to as the Lampokhri Lake. Famed as a boot-shaped lake, Aritar Lake is one of the oldest recognized natural lakes around the Darjeeling hills that is 1120 feet in length and 240 feet wide in breadth. This is one of the natural lakes in Sikkim at an elevation of 4500 ft where one can even avail of boating. Lampokhri festival in the months of April and May tends to draw in more tourists due to the flower shows, cultural performances, and the regional cuisines being on the platter. The area in the vicinity also houses a temple to Lord Padmasambhava that is situated on the banks of the lake. Proceed to visit the Mankhim viewpoint which offers a bird’s eye view of the Lampokhri Lake that is so famed for being an emerald green water lake. The temple of Rai is another point of attraction in Mankhim that is dedicated to the “Rai”, a medieval Hindu cult with its roots in the “Maity Village”.
04 SEP: ARITAR – SILLERY
Morning proceeds to Sillery. Enroute visit Reshi Khola, Rishikhola is also named Reshikhola and the place has been slowly gaining prominence as an offbeat destination. Situated close to the Sikkim border in the town of Kalimpong, Cross Hill is another attraction in Pedong which is located barely 1.5 km away from the main town and is a scenic place. Cross Hill got its name owing to the hills being adorned with a holy cross since it was frequented by the Christian community. The place is a perfect point for witnessing sundown. Pedong monastery, one that dates back to 300 years and was constructed by the local Lepcha tribes during the Bhutanese rule. Visit Ramitey View Point that offers magnificent views of Mt. Kanchenjunga coupled with the fourteen bends of River Teesta. The viewpoint also offers a stunning view of the confluence of two Rivers namely Teesta and Reshi. A barely 30 meters trek from Sillery Gaon leads you to Tinchuley View Point. This viewpoint is famous for offering a 360-degree view of the mighty Himalayas coupled with the Nathula and the Jelepla passes. A major attraction here is the Silent Valley. The place is regarded the same since it is right here where one can experience the sheer silence of the woods only to be intrigued by the occasional chirping of birds. Night stay Sillery goan
05 SEP: SILLERY – NJP - KOLKATA
Morning proceeds to New Jalpaiguri railway station to board the train to Howrah (Vande Bharat Express). Train departs at 15:05 Hrs and reaches Howrah by 22:35 Hrs. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at Kolkata
06 SEP: KOLKATA
After breakfast Kolkata sightseeing covering Kalighat, Zoological Garden, Victoria Memorial and Science City etc... Overnight stay at Kolkata
07 SEP: KOLKATA
After breakfast visit Indian Museum, Mother Theresa Home, Ancestral House of Swami Vivekananda, Belur Math and Dakshineshwar. Overnight stay at Kolkata
08 SEP: DEPARTURE
Free time for shopping till noon. Afternoon drops at airport. Flight departs by 16:50 Hrs and reaches Kochi by 19:45 Hrs.

Exclusions:

- Any increase in the fuel surcharge or any kind of taxes levied by respective governments & any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc
Terms and Conditions
Booking: For confirming the seats, Rs.15,000/- per person has to be remitted while booking & the balance amount has to be settled 5 days before the tour departure.
All the passengers are requested to handover Govt. approved photo identity & Two Passport size photos, while confirming the package.
The Management reserves the right to make changes en-route or omit any places to visit if it becomes necessary.
Tour Timings/Itinerary/Tour-Fares are subject to change. Lakshya Trekks & Trips reserves the right to alter, amend or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion.
Cancellation Policy
15% of the land cost – Cancellations before 01 month (excluding departure date)
50% of the land cost – Cancellation before15 days (excluding departure date)
100% of the land cost – Cancellation before 05 days.
